Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment. This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading, installing, and demonstrating products. Additionally, you'll assist in the store by supporting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed

Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

Pay

The salary range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour/annually. The actual pay may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
