Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role involves a variety of tasks including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading, installing, and demonstrating products. Additionally, you'll assist in the store by supporting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Affiliate with the store by assisting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise
• Work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings

Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and working in various weather conditions

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour/annually.*
