Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role involves a variety of tasks including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading and installing products, demonstrating how to use merchandise, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed

Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers

Pay

The salary range for this role is $13.75 to $14.00 per hour/annually.*

Schedule

This is a store-based position, so hours can vary depending on the store and season. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
