Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading and installing products, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed

Requirements

• Age: 19 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour/annually. The actual pay may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

Delivery Drivers work in a store-based environment, ensuring flexibility to support store operations as needed.
