Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a dynamic role where you'll be responsible for keeping our stores moving. You'll be involved in various tasks including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading, installing, and demonstrating products. You'll also assist in the store by helping with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. This is a store-based position, so you'll interact with a variety of people in your community every day.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed

Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

Pay

The salary range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour/annually.*

This is a store-based position, so hours will vary depending on the store and shifts available.
