Delinquency Associate- Foreclosure

About the role

This position is responsible for monitoring loans during the foreclosure process. This includes working with outside vendors, monitoring weekly reports, and handling large volumes of work with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing related experience
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Stable work history
• Experience performing detailed, quality-focused work
• Working knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel programs

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high volume, regulated environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to meet department goals
• Ability to adapt to updated policies and procedures as needed

Schedule

Flexible work schedule between 7am and 6pm, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required as needed.
