About the role
Delivering exceptional guest service and assisting the Deli Manager in maintaining a clean and well-stocked hot deli area are key responsibilities of Deli Shift Leaders at Pilot Company.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Provide excellent guest service
- Aid the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in restaurant or foodservice
- Incredible customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
- Knowledge of and adherence to food safety standards
- Team-oriented and capable of interacting with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Pay
Starting pay rates range from $14.20 to $21.10 per hour.
