Delivering exceptional guest service and assisting the Deli Manager in maintaining a clean, well-stocked hot deli area are key responsibilities of this position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Ensure food freshness and cleanliness
- Assist the Deli Manager in maintaining the area
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a restaurant or foodservice setting
- Incredible customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to maintain equipment accordingly
- Team-oriented and capable of interacting with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Able to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Pay
Starting pay rates range from $14.95 to $22.22 per hour.
Schedule
A flexible schedule accommodating nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.
