About the role
Festival Foods is a Wisconsin-based grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is for a Deli Service Counter Manager who will oversee the deli service counter, supporting the deli team and providing exceptional guest service.

Requirements
To succeed, you should have:
- High School Education or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience (preferably in retail or restaurant settings)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge of the retail food business
- Full range of upper body motion
- Lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Experience in food service or cashier leadership
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Understanding of safety requirements and company policies
- Knowledge of proper procedures for equipment and safety hazards

Pay
The Deli Service Counter Manager is paid hourly with the option for additional Sunday and holiday premiums.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with shifts varying based on business needs, including mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
