About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to serving its communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is for a Full-Time Deli Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service
• Help guests locate items and answer questions professionally.
• Order Fulfillment
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests with attention to detail.
• Customer Service
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Quality Control
• Inspect, rotate, maintain proper temperatures, and replenish deli products.
• Food Safety
• Lead by example in maintaining food safety logs and adhering to safety standards.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain proper inventory levels in deli storage.
• Efficiency
• Ensure all quality standards are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments
• Regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences.
• Support the Team
• Other duties as assigned.

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, with a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
