Job Summary

Lunds & Byerlys Apple Valley is hiring a Part-time Food Service Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position operates 7 days/week, 6:00am-10:00pm, with evening availability between 3:00pm-10:00pm. The wage range is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrapping, weighing, and pricing deli items accurately
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in deli or food service
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification, communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions
