Deli/Bakery Team Supervisor

About the role

Full‑time Deli/Bakery associate at Walmart Supercenter #1736 (36 Jerome Dr, Dover, DE 19901).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality products for customers.
• Engage with customers at the service counter.
• Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor.
• Clean and maintain proper food‑safety standards.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $20 – $33 per hour (will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met.
