Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $31 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible when criteria are met.

Job Overview
The primary responsibility of Deli/Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. Associates engage with customers at the service counter, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain cleaning and food‑safety standards essential to team success.
