Job Overview
The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. They engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food safety standards are critical to the team's success.
Pay
- Hourly wage: $18.50 – $31.50 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be available in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
