About the role

As a Delegated Credentialing QA Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of credentialing documentation. This includes verifying information provided by healthcare providers and verifying that all necessary documents are submitted in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality assurance in the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of credentialing documentation provided by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain a high level of quality assurance in the credentialing process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
  • Assist in the resolution of issues related to credentialing processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, medical records, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
