DeLauter Sarasota - Construction Project Manager

The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary leader for commercial projects, bridging the gap between planning and execution to ensure zero surprises for our clients. This role empowers you to manage high-stakes builds with full accountability over budgets and schedules while upholding our core values of precision and partnership. You will have the authority to drive project success while mentoring the next generation of construction professionals within a supportive, field-rooted culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of construction-related project management or supervisory experience.
• Must have 3+ years experience specifically as a General Contractor Project Manager.
• Prioritize proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex commercial construction workflows.
• Show strong proficiency in interpreting project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Absolute willingness to travel to project assignments as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited construction-related curriculum.
• Advanced knowledge of job costing systems and project analysis reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior staff or training candidates for advancement.
