About the role
This person will perform final tests for all PSD products and must have the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow written procedures
- Perform high voltage test and final tests for all products
- Troubleshoot and solve problems
- Order materials/parts as needed
- Understand MRD principles
- Understand ITW operating principles and apply them to the manufacturing area
- Train others
- Cross training in all areas of manufacturing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to interpret schematics, bill of material and layout drawings
- Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams
- Good knowledge of basic electricity
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of engine drive products preferred
- Knowledge of welding processes and small engines is a plus

Schedule
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production times
- Must be willing to work overtime as required (12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays/Sundays)
Physical requirements
- Frequently lift, push, or pull 10-25 lbs
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25-45 lbs
- Frequently required to use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and components
- Constant standing and hand manipulation
- Occasionally reaching, walking, and neck flexion
- Be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day
