About the role

The Defined Benefit Plan Specialist processes and calculates defined benefit payments for Group Annuity contracts under close supervision. Key responsibilities include assisting with fund administration, reconciling benefit plan portfolios, and supporting payment calculation and processing.

Responsibilities

  • Administers defined benefit funds to provide efficient and accurate service.
  • Reconciles benefit plan portfolios for clients and brokers.
  • Supports payment calculation and processing efforts for defined benefit plans.
  • Provides policy administration services as needed by other team members.

Requirements

No formal education required. No prior experience necessary.

Qualifications

Preferred: University degree in related field.
