About the role

Work with a team of 3 attorneys
Manage day-to-day tracking of California docket filings, ensuring that any filings requiring escalation to an attorney are promptly escalated
Case tracking and reporting
Prepare pleadings and manage filings through LexisNexis File & Serve

• Prepare pleadings and manage filings through LexisNexis File & Serve

Requirements

• Defense litigation paralegal experience required
• Experience with California state court filing procedures and deadline management
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple filing deadlines accurately
• Experience with e-filing platforms, including LexisNexis, File & Serve, or similar
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven litigation environment

Benefits

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Monday), 2 days remote
• Flexible remote work options
• Competitive pay range: $45-$55/hour, depending on experience

• $45-$55/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
