Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of cases primarily focused on medical malpractice
• Conduct depositions and manage written discovery processes
• Prepare and file pleadings and summary judgment motions
• Collaborate with partners on trial cases, typically 1-2 per year
• Work closely with a paralegal for medical record summaries
• Receive ongoing training and support from senior attorneys

Requirements

• 2-5 years of defense litigation experience
• Must be barred in California
• Experience in either medical malpractice or premises liability matters is preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 / Year DOE
