Default Manager VP

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure representatives are managing anywhere from 50 - 100 calls per day based on call volume.
• Maintain acceptable levels of service both in productivity and quality.
• Maintain an impeccable attendance record.
• Knowledge of HECM products
• Hold staff and vendors accountable to SLAs.
• Complaint review for areas of opportunity
• Push efficiencies to reduce manual work
• Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to Executive Management and other leadership.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FDCPA, TCPA, CFPB, and Consumer Privacy Laws
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience resulting in advanced knowledge of Defa
• Preferred 10+ years of applicable experience; 5 of which must have been in leadership
• Experience managing external relationships including vendor and client relationship
• Extraordinary intellectual horsepower and relentless drive for continuous improvement; operates with a sense of urgency and bias for action
• Prior Reverse Mortgage experience preferred

Salary

$110,000.00

Working Conditions

• Work is performed onsite at a Tulsa facility.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• This position requires the successful completion of an in-depth federal background check to include criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
