Deer Park Service - Service Rep (Parking Lot Attendant) - Part time

Job Summary

As a Service Representative (Parking Lot Attendant), you’ll return carts to the store, perform general clean‑up duties, and help customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect carts from the parking lot.
• Remove trash from carts prior to returning them to the cart storage area.
• Clean and pick up trash and debris from landscaping around the store.
• Maintain a clean environment in the front elevation of the store.
• Clean, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness and safety for the entire store.
• Relocate carts and parts baskets and power‑wash basket relocation for department setup.
• Perform red basket fill‑up and retrieval.
• Communicate supply needs to the Front End Manager.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Perform duties with a total‑store mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic company orientation and safety fundamentals.
• Ability to work hard in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work around customers while staying aware of their needs.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, squatting, and walking. Frequent exposure to extreme (hot or cold) outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift up to 20 lb. Work time distribution: constantly 5.5+ hours per 8‑hour day; frequently 2.5–5.5 hours; occasionally 0–2.5 hours. Partners must not lift beyond their safe lifting limit; if an item is too heavy, it should be broken down or assistance requested.
