Tomball Service - Service Rep (Parking Lot Attendant) - Part time

About the Role

As a Service Representative (Parking Lot Attendant), you'll return carts to the Store, perform general clean-up duties, and assist Customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collects carts from the parking lot and removes trash from carts prior to returning them to storage.
• Cleans and picks up trash and debris from landscaping around the Store.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment in the front elevation and throughout the entire Store (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Performs cart and parts basket relocation, including power-washing basket relocation for department setup.
• Handles red basket fill-up and retrieval.
• Communicates supply needs to the Front End Manager.
• Assists Customers in locating merchandise and performs duties with a total Store mindset.

Duties may be modified at any time based on business needs, and employees may be required to perform other job-related tasks as requested by their supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to complete Company orientation and understand basics of safety.
• Ability to work hard in extreme temperatures (hot, cold).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying aware of Customer needs.

Physical Demands

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, pull, push, reach, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Frequently exposed to extreme outside temperatures.
• Measurements for physical activity:
  • Constantly: 5.5+ hours per 8-hour day
  • Frequently: 2.5 - 5.5 hours per 8-hour day
  • Occasionally: 0 - 2.5 hours per 8-hour day
• Must never lift beyond safe limits; break down heavy items or ask for assistance when needed.
