Deep Learning Quality Specialist

About the role

Maintain and audit high-resolution image datasets for computer vision algorithms. Diagnose deep learning models, perform field tests, and ensure product reliability. Travel required 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Audit data to ensure clean and appropriate datasets
• Review imagery, correct labels/classifications, and provide feedback to labelers
• Work with support to investigate issues and ensure data integrity
• Detect and review data irregularities using automated tools
• Validate solutions, document results, and record customer feedback
• Translate field tests, model issues, and customer feedback into actionable improvements
• Prepare cases for field personnel to review labels/predictions
• Help prioritize deep learning tasks based on customer impact

Qualifications

• Education or professional experience in agronomy, farming, or data annotation
• Highly motivated, independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Collaboration skills for working with customers and internal teams
• High attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Intermediate to advanced Google Suite and Confluence skills
• Ability to assess high-risk situations and make safe independent decisions

Pay

$72,000 – $90,000 USD base salary
