Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new agricultural technologies using cutting-edge laser technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, mechanical engineers, and sales representatives.
• Conduct field trials and gather data to optimize laser weeding systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in training on new products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in agricultural technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in agricultural engineering or related fields.
• Experience with laser technology and precision agriculture tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Skills
