Deep Cleaner
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living/work spaces
- Clean hard-to-reach and neglected areas such as baseboards, behind appliances, vents, and high surfaces
- Perform specialty cleaning tasks including carpet and upholstery care, grout cleaning, and stain removal
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients about project progress and special requests
- Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order
Requirements
- Previous experience in deep cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety standards
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Hillsborough County
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing
- Training or certification in sanitation or specialty cleaning (a plus)
