About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payroll operations, compliance, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global payroll processes and systems to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to payroll administration.
- Manage relationships with external payroll service providers and vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to local payroll teams on compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in global payroll management.
- Experience working in a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of international payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with global payroll software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
