About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payroll operations, compliance, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global payroll processes and systems to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to payroll administration.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll service providers and vendors.
  • Provide guidance and support to local payroll teams on compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in global payroll management.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of international payroll laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with global payroll software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of global payroll principles and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
