• Instant insights into contractor numbers, employment costs, and visa statuses for effective workforce planning and risk management.
• A global hiring knowledge base offering information on local employment laws, benefits entitlements, and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive and compliant job offers.
• An AI-powered worker classifier (developed in partnership with Queen’s University) with over 90% accuracy for addressing worker classification challenges across jurisdictions.
• AI-powered background checks that simplify and expedite the vetting of international candidates, improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
