Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores based on market)
  • Adhere to established schedules and program requirements
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of all assigned displays
  • Execute end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components
  • Independently manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required
  • Ensure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations
  • Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Accurately document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time
  • Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution
  • Manage and maintain/reconcile trunk stock inventory, ensuring appropriate replacement parts are available to support efficient service delivery and first-time fix success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store personnel as a trusted field expert
  • Participate in team calls, client interactions as required, and field ride-alongs to support program success
  • Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including scheduling and same-day reporting
  • Adequately adapt to evolving business needs and take ownership of additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, required training, certifications, and professional standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution
  • Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons
  • Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with store personnel and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
  • Advanced troubleshooting, installation, and repair capabilities across hardware, displays, and connected systems
  • Able to read POG schematics and wiring diagrams and correctly connect components
  • Proficient using your personal Smartphone/Tablet with GPS functionality to upload photos, report assignment data, reference documents while in-store, and schedule visits
  • Able to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines, with access to reliable transportation
  • Able to commit to complete the market area’s minimum weekly or special project hours request
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root-cause identification and long-term resolution
  • Able to commit to the minimum weekly or special project hours request
  • Able to travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage per company policy
  • Able to be willing and able to travel for 2–3 days to participate in in-person training
  • Able to work 40 hours per week minimum Monday through Friday (starting at 8 am), with occasional weekend work, if requested, with advanced notice
  • Able to have the necessary physical abilities to regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear, and drive
  • Able to lift and carry supplies into the store up to 10 pounds, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds frequently
