Dedicated Logistics - Operations Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead daily dispatch operations and ensure routes are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop professional drivers.
• Drive customer satisfaction while achieving operational KPIs.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service compliance.
• Partner with Maintenance to maximize fleet uptime.
• Utilize Samsara, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, and transportation technology.
• Continuously improve safety, productivity, and operational performance.

What You Bring

• Transportation, logistics, or fleet leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations
• Dispatch and scheduling experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• A commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence
