Pay
- Competitive base pay: $22/hour with a valid CNA/HCA; $21.30/hour without
- Pay raises with promotions
- Bonus pay for certain holidays
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling – weekdays and weekends available
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one personal in‑home care focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Work weekdays and/or weekends as scheduled
- Eligible for bonus pay on certain holidays
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Current HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification in Washington state
