  • Maintain and update case information in Polaris, using texting, faxing, and prescription triage capabilities; share cases with HUB partners and coordinate with Pfizer colleagues via secure messages.
  • Report adverse events in accordance with company requirements and operate within strict content controls and system permissions.
  • Communicate access landscape and options using brand‑approved materials; uphold confidentiality, compliance, and responsible business communication.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to improve the patient access journey and link customer insights to approved resources.

  • Capability to meet adverse‑event reporting obligations in a role with frequent direct patient contact.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement, government payment systems, specialty pharmacy networks, and specialty medication.
  • Effective, compliant communication and collaboration with field‑based colleagues (Sales, Medical, FRM, PCA/SAS, KAD, Government Relations) and HQ stakeholders.
