About the role

Empire Today® is seeking experienced Residential Flooring Installer Subcontractors to grow their installation business with consistent, daily work opportunities. All jobs are pre-sold—no selling required. Simply pick up flooring and supplies from our warehouse and install.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential flooring installations as assigned
• Pick up materials and supplies from Empire’s warehouse
• Use Empire’s Field Service Mobile App for digital job documentation, allocation (up to 16 days in advance), scheduling, and paperwork reduction
• Coordinate with Empire’s support staff and warehouse team for efficient job execution

Requirements

• At least 1 year of flooring installation experience
• Personal vehicle (van or truck) and flooring installation tools

Pay

Independent Installer Subcontractors earn on average $190k across their crews annually, with top-performing businesses earning well over $500k. Earnings are based on businesses installing weekly for at least one full year across multiple crews. Top earners typically operate multiple crews and consistently fulfill work orders.
