DECKING INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Essential Functions & Duties

• Perform all tasks required to install footings, decking, railings, framing, trim, or hardware.
• Remove old decking, railings, and framing materials.
• Repair or replace rotten or damaged framing, siding, flashing, or any adjoining material.
• Finish surfaces of footings, decking, railings, or skirting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry/finish trade (or equivalent education, training, and/or related work experience).
• Direct‑hire position only (no contract/1099).

Location & Travel

The corporate office is in Baldwin, WI, but the majority of work for this role is performed in Minnesota. Regular daily travel to the WI office is not required, though occasional trips to Baldwin for meetings, training, or other business needs are expected.

Pay Structure

Compensation is commission‑based, designed to reward performance. Earning potential can significantly exceed a traditional hourly wage.
