Decision Science Analyst Senior - Life Company Data and Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Decision Science Analyst Senior - Life Company Data and Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead advanced analytical efforts that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and turn analytical findings into clear recommendations for leadership. The work will also involve translating data into compelling visuals and documentation that help both technical and non-technical audiences understand the impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,080 – $218,030 annually Responsibilities Lead discussions with cross-functional teams using analytical insights to support decision-making Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium- to large-scale business problems Translate recommendations into effective communication materials for management Incorporate visualization techniques to improve understanding for non-technical audiences Identify and gather relevant data sources for analysis Document assumptions and methodologies for compliance and peer review Stay current on data and analytics trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; 10 years of total experience without a degree 6 years of data and analytics experience, or 4 years of experience plus 2 years of relevant business experience Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for decision-making Proficiency with data analysis tools, SQL, SAS, and BI software Experience working with new data sets and data wrangling techniques Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) and pension plans Life insurance and parental benefits Adoption assistance and paid time off, including holidays and volunteer hours Career path planning and continuing education support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
