Decaler - 1st Shift

About the Role

Bring brands to life on bodies that move! As a Decaler, you’ll apply full-wrap decals accurately and professionally while working with a variety of materials and adjusting layouts for different body sizes. This role operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, precision, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Apply full-wrap decals accurately and professionally within established production times.
• Work confidently with a variety of decal materials, adjusting layouts for different body sizes and customizing as needed.
• Read decal layouts and calculate required dimensions.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship while adhering to quality standards and striving for zero defects.
• Safely operate Class 4 and larger trucks, as well as required power and hand tools.
• Accurately measure and apply dimensions using a tape measure.
• Interpret work orders and apply instructions accurately.
• Work independently or as part of a team, support training, and flex across functional areas as needed.
• Work scheduled shifts and overtime, assisting with additional duties based on production needs.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, or large-format graphic installation.
• Working knowledge of vinyl types, adhesives, application surfaces, and proper installation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for spacing, alignment, symmetry, and overall appearance.
• Strong measurement skills with the ability to understand dimensions, scale, placement, and graphic layouts.
• Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills.
• Basic experience with hand tools.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints for special applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Construction experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods, walk, and use hands to operate tools and equipment with precision.
• Regularly communicate (talk and listen) in a safety-focused, team-driven environment.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements such as bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces.
• Perform repetitive hand tasks and climb ladders or work at heights.

Pay

$25.00/hour, with potential increases based on experience level.

Schedule

1st Shift – 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime.
