Deburr Technician/Hardware Install

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities

• Deburrs and polishes machined parts according to drawing specifications.
• Installs hardware such as dowel pins, helicoil, PEM nuts, and twin-cert.
• Works with materials including aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastics.
• Uses tools such as deburr knife, deburr whip, file, sandpaper, scotch brite, orbital sander, belt sander, drill press, arbor press, and polishing wheel.

Education And Experience

• Requires a minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic reading of technical drawings required.
• Team player, positive attitude, ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to dynamic situations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
• Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident due to being an ITAR facility.
