Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Join our growing aerospace team as an Aerospace Deburr & Polisher. In this role, you'll help produce precision aerospace components by performing deburring, polishing, and finishing operations that ensure parts meet strict quality and customer requirements. Whether you have experience in deburring, assembly, metal finishing, polishing, part marking, or a similar manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Deburr, polish, and hand-finish aerospace components to blueprint and specification requirementsOperate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools, including grinders and orbital sandersRead and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentationInspect precision parts for quality, finish, and workmanshipPerform touch-up and rework as neededComplete production paperwork and enter data accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWork closely with team members to meet production and quality goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED1+ year of experience in deburring, assembly, polishing, Helicoil installation, part marking, ink stamping, or related manufacturing workStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read blueprints and follow work instructionsExperience using hand, electric, and pneumatic toolsExcellent attendance, reliability, and punctualityPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift Preferred Experience Aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining, or precision metal finishingExperience with calipers, micrometers, and gaugesKnowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or other aerospace materials Why Join Us?
