Key Responsibilities

• Deburr, polish, and hand‑finish aerospace components to blueprint and specification requirements
• Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools, including grinders and orbital sanders
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
• Inspect precision parts for quality, finish, and workmanship
• Perform touch‑up and rework as needed
• Complete production paperwork and enter data accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in deburring, assembly, polishing, Helicoil installation, part marking, ink stamping, or related manufacturing work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Experience using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift

Preferred Experience

• Aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining, or precision metal finishing
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or other aerospace materials
