Deburr/Parts Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties within quality guidelines as required to meet company and customer requirements.
• Job set-up including picking of parts, prints, schematics, work instructions and necessary tools.
• Performs daily finishing / deburring activities using a variety of hand tools and machinery.
• Correct use of power and hand tools.
• Package unit for shipment to customer as directed.
• Communication of recommendations for improvement of process and procedure.
• Completion of related tasks as directed.
• Run parts cleaning line.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ practical experience in a production environment.
• Capable of handling a fast-paced environment in addition to having a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 or more hours a day.
• Attentive to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Good with computers in a business environment.
