Debug Technician

Troubleshooting and Repair

• Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level.
• Handles units that may have workmanship or technical errors.
• Operates electronic test equipment and conducts special tests as required.
• Analyzes software, test, protocol, and script logs to diagnose and verify reason for test failure.
• Determines whether to send for repair or retest after verifying causes for failures.
• Provides technical assistance, feedback, and guidance to other technical personnel and departments.
• Collaborates with engineers on functionality issues and procedure updates.
• Affords technical support during the installation, debug, and validation of process equipment.

Shift Details

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:15pm (Monday-Friday)

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate electronic test equipment and conduct special tests.
• Knowledge of software, test, protocol, and script logs analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
