Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and ensure smooth workflow
- Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate coverage and payment processes
- Conduct intake assessments and gather necessary client information
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with telehealth platforms and software
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction disorders
