About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABET accreditation processes for the School's programs
• Initiate and modify curriculum in alignment with accreditation standards
• Foster best practices in teaching through industry partnerships
• Review and evaluate curriculum for rigor and relevance
• Identify industry partners for student internships and projects
• Develop and execute long-range staffing plans aligned with curriculum needs
• Advise on professional options for students and mediate conflicts

Qualifications

• Doctorate in engineering or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of academic program administration and leadership experience
• Track record of teaching excellence and scholarly productivity
• Experience with ABET accreditation processes
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in managing complex budgets
• Experience developing strategic industry partnerships
