About the Role
The Dean of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) is a key academic leadership position at the community college, reporting to an Executive Dean of General Education and Transfer Studies. This role oversees Science, Technology, Engineering & Math programs, as well as campus operations and community engagement within their assigned area of responsibility. The Dean provides strategic direction, ensures program quality, and fosters student success while managing budgets, personnel, and resources.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for STEM programs and initiatives.
- Oversee campus operations and community engagement within the assigned area.
- Ensure program quality and student success.
- Manage budgets, personnel, and resources effectively.

- Unofficial transcripts from an accredited institution indicating the degree awarded (required for eligibility consideration).
- Applicants with academic credentials from outside the U.S. must provide an evaluation of college credit earned at the non-U.S. institution.
