About the role

The University of Chicago Laboratory Schools (“Lab” or the “Schools”) seeks a strategic, mission-aligned, and engaged leader to serve as the next Dean and Director (Dean/Director).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in educational leadership.
• Proven track record of success in leading and growing educational institutions.
• Experience working in a university setting, particularly with a laboratory school.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
