Dealership Valet Supervisor in Coconut Creek at $19/hr - Weekly Pay!

About the role

As our Automotive Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Shift Leads, Team Leads, and Valet/Parking Attendants to ensure smooth daily operations and meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise each shift according to our best practices.
• Foster a supportive and friendly work atmosphere for your team.
• Spot and coach potential stars to help our company grow!
• Train new hires and ensure everyone's on the same page with safety and operations.
• Tackle any operational hiccups and share your insights with management.
• Keep track of daily reports and promptly address any customer or client feedback.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have previous supervisor/leadership experience.
• You should be proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
• You must have a valid driver's license and confidence behind the wheel. Standard transmission is preferred.
• You must be available for at least 30 hours a week, year-round, and flexible to accommodate specific location needs.
• You must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• You should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• You should have excellent customer service skills.
