Responsibilities
- Manage valet services, including receiving and dispatching vehicles, greeting clients, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Train and supervise other staff members to ensure they meet our standards of excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
