The Management Training Program at Citrin prepares individuals to become leaders in various industries. It offers comprehensive training in areas such as leadership, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor the team in daily valet operations
• Lead and motivate a team to provide world-class hospitality
• Manage and hold team members accountable to expectations
• Create and manage schedules, daily reports, and budget allocations
• Learn and master the necessary knowledge and skills to eventually run a market and develop a team

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience
• At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
• Valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
• Available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
