About the role
Responsible for greeting and assisting customers at the Toyota dealership entrance.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and directing them to appropriate service areas
- Ensuring customer vehicles are parked safely and securely
- Answering basic customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Passion for automotive industry
