About the Role
Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with Internet Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing experience. The Sales Development Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring our website accurately reflects inventory, maintaining current and professional photos of available units, and providing administrative support to the Sales Development department. The goal is to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM
- Diligent and accurate recording of prospective customer information
- Monitor response time on all incoming leads
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns
- Adhere to scripts and talking points for each type of phone call
- Schedule additional follow-ups, log notes, and update customer stages in CRM
Requirements
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Results-driven and motivated for sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management to reach goals
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
- Prior CRM experience and computer proficiency
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
Pay
The pay range for this role is $14.00-$19.04 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
